You Have My VoTe
Dear Mr. JTK,
My husband and I are new to Maryland. We love it here and \hope to stay. I was reading through your issues list and must say that out of all the Republican candidates listed, you are definitely my pick for representative. I appreciate your conservative, yet practical stand on the issues. Some of the others are overboard and do not have the general publics well being in mind. I thank you for your views and trust that you will work hard to turn our country around. You have my vote.
Regards, Denise

Time to Change
What are some words that come to mind when one says politician? I bet dishonest, lying, cheating, and power hungry are some of them, and I can say for a good 95% of all politicians in Washington, this is true.
I believe Joe Krysztoforski is within the genuine 5% of politicians that want what is best for everybody, not his wallet, because he is one of the people. He has a family, good values, and a level head upon his shoulders. He is the kind of man I would not mind standing behind, because I know his moral compass always points the right way. In case of lobbyists, most politicians fall into their lap. I doubt Mr. Krysztoforski would.
As far as roscoe, he has served eight terms. I think thats a long time to be in office. So long in fact, you have to ask the question, what have you done for me lately? The only time I have seen Mr. Bartlett's name is when he was running for re-election. He may be active, but only getting himself back in office.
Mr. Krysztoforski is a good choice for Washington, a strong choice for the Republican Party, and the right choice for the 6th District. Go Joe!

Bio Fuels
I reviewed Mr. Krysztoforski's position on energy independence and met with him on during one of his tours of the district. We had a lengthy discussion about Bio Fuels and the role our district could play in the development of alternative fuels. We reviewed the 2007 Farm Bill and I now believe that the passage of a reworked bill eliminating the pork, as defined by Mr. Krysztoforski, is extremely important for the district and the nation.
When you have an opportunity read the bill, review the key sections and you'll see why President Bush should not veto this bill. The tax increase, his reason for vetoing the bill, will impact international corporations operating in the US. Isn't it only fair that these corporations pay their dues to operate in our country?
Read about the bill's impact on Bio Fuel research, cut and past the following link into your browser:

Support Mr. Krysztoforski and bring common sense back to Congress. It is time to put an end to partisan politics and elect a representative who will do what is right for the people and the country.

Bartlett support of veto callous, to say the least
Roscoe Bartlett’s defense of his support for President Bush’s veto of the SCHIP program quotes a Congressional Budget Office report (“Rep. Bartlett explains why he supports veto,” Times-News, Oct. 10).
Apparently Mr. Bartlett didn’t read the bill he voted against and the CBO followed his example, if he is quoting them correctly.
Mr. Bartlett stated that HBO reported “that half of those targeted already have health insurance.”
As pointed out in Mr. Krysztoforski’s letter (“Candidate endorses continuation of SCHIP,” Times-News, Oct. 10) the bill “incorporates provisions to prevent the use of funds to move customers from employer cost sharing insurance programs to SCHIP”.
Mr. Bartlett’s unwavering support of President Bush’s veto, no matter the cost to four million children, is callous to say the least.
I just hope the Sixth District voters remember how Bartlett voted against their children when they vote in next year’s primary. I for one will be reminding them.

Republicans Last Chance
Well I was reading JTK's views on issues may I just say he is the Republicans last chance because Roscoe needs to go because he has been in office just too long. So on February 12 2008 please vote for JTK because he is the Republicans last chance.

Running Again
All too often Bartlett's opponents challange him in a primary, lose and fade into political obilvian.
Krysztoforski (thank you for displying the name on the page) came out of nowhere in 2006, campaigned for 6 weeks and captured over 22% of the vote in Washington County. A not so small feat, I'm looking forward to meeting him and joining the campaign.
Thank you for running again.

Bartlett is worried?
Krysztoforski has the energy and drive to break through the red tape in Washington and I believe he is the best candidate to represent the 6th district in Congress. I attended a candidate forum in August ‘06 expecting to see him debate Roscoe Bartlett. Bartlett, who has represented the district for over fourteen years and claims to be concerned about constituents’ viewpoints, didn’t show up to answer voter’s questions and address the issues one-on-one with Krysztoforski. I wonder if Bartlett will hide again in 2008.

Impressed
I met him at a rally and was impressed with how he spoke to the crowd. What he says is on target. He tells people what they need to hear not what they want to hear. Only time will tell if his strategy will work, but he has my vote.

Focused
Krysztoforski is focused and he addresses the issues that I am concerned about in a straight forward manner. He is one of the few calling for an honorable conclusion to the War in Iraq and he has a plan to support the safe transfer of control to Iraq forces.
